We lose 50 to 100 strands of hair every day, which is generally considered normal for a healthy adult person. However, losing more hair than this daily amount may mean that the time to take action has already come.

If you face with the hair loss, hair thinning or receding hairline, the first thing you need to do is to see a doctor and tell your complaints. Your hair loss might be caused by several reasons such as malnutrition, vitamin deficiency, menopause, thyroid problems, etc. Although the most common form of hair loss in men and women is Androgenic Alopecia (also known as genetic, inherited pattern baldness and thinning hair), there are also various causes of hair loss, including medical conditions such as Trichotillomania or Alopecia Areata, chemotherapy treatments, medications, diet, stress and more.

The most common and satisfying hair loss treatment is hair transplant surgery. If you decide to undergo a hair transplant operation, your surgeon will guide you about the whole process and will choose one of the methods among Follicular Unit Transplant (FUT), Follicular Unit Extraction(FUE), Direct Hair Implant (DHI) and all the other latest techniques according to your need, to your hair loss level and to your expectations.

However, if you don’t consider hair transplant surgery now, some natural hair growth and thickener ingredients can help you at a certain level at home. Here is a list of some of the natural remedies to treat hair loss.
